With the cryptocurrency market on the rise, forecasts for new historic tops are growing. Some cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, struggle to renew their maxims. On the other hand, others like Ether (ETH) have already reached a historic high.
One of the most recent predictions came from analyst Michaël van de Poppe. In your video latest and in your account on Twitter, van de Poppe highlighted his predictions about the maxims of several cryptocurrencies.
In total, the analyst cited eight cryptocurrencies. However, five of them are among the ten largest in market value, deserving a closer look.
Polkadot and Cardano could fire
Among the cryptocurrencies mentioned by van de Poppe are Polkadot (DOT) and Cardano (ADA).
At its next peak, the cryptocurrency can reach its maximum between US $ 250 and US $ 350. In the national market, this would give a range of R $ 1,425 and R $ 1,995.
Currently, DOT is worth about $ 43, or R $ 244 at the current price. In other words, it is an increase of 690% in 2021.
However, the analyst’s main bet is on Cardano (ADA). For him, the cryptocurrency may reach the impressive mark of 1,600% of appreciation in 2021.
In his view, the ADA can reach a value between US $ 10 and US $ 20 at its maximum. At the current dollar rate, the price level varies between R $ 57 and R $ 114. At the current price, the ADA price is US $ 1.19.
Bitcoin and ETH on the way to new peaks
The two largest cryptocurrencies on the market were the subject of his video. Speaking of Bitcoin, van de Poppe pointed out that it could rise by almost 700% in 2021.
The analyst estimates that Bitcoin will be worth somewhere between $ 350 and $ 450,000. Taking into account the current dollar rate, this would be between R $ 1.9 million and R $ 25 million.
At the time of this writing, Bitcoin is worth about $ 57,000, something around R $ 333,000 in the Brazilian real.
As for the appreciation of ETH, van de Poppe shows an even more optimistic scenario. For him, the cryptocurrency may reach up to 750% high this year.
During the current cycle, ETH may reach values between US $ 10,000 and US $ 17,500. At the current dollar rate, this price range is between R $ 57 thousand and R $ 99.7 thousand.
Currently, ETH is worth around US $ 2,086 in the international market. When quoted in reais, the price is equivalent to R $ 11.8 thousand.
